Historic Hyde Park Tampa | Historic Hyde Park Neighborhood Association
HHPNA is a civic association rather than a homeowners association. Dues-paying membership is voluntary. We do not enforce deed restrictions, which to a large degree are absent from property originally developed between the late 1880s and the 1930s. The neighborhood is part of, and supports, the City of Tampas Hyde Park Historic District. Exterior rehabilitation, additions and new construction are subject to compliance of the Hyde Park Design Guidelines and the Secretary of the Interiors Standards for Rehabilitation and Guidelines for Rehabilitating Historic Buildings.
